Alessandro Tarulli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elia Volta went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ernesto Sansoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferruccio Martini, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvaro Piola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elia Volta hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. San Giorgio's Ernesto Sansoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Donatelli in the 57th minute of play. Sporting Flora's Alessandro Tarulli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Flora from getting a goal against them. Despite being the better team, Sporting Flora failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
