After some careless play in the Avengers FC defense, Eraldo Santone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Greco. The Avengers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Greco should have stopped the shot. 12 minutes into the match, Avengers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Turo Leppilampi came free, but Flavio Greco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Greco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Vieri in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turo Leppilampi in the 14th minute of play forced Avengers FC's goalkeeper Flavio Greco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avengers FC's Alessio Guerrini was substituted for Florian Faieta. The supporters of Avengers FC booed when Browns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Gaeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Attilio Vieri in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Greco saved Avengers FC from getting behind. Hernan Gervaso came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Flavio Greco could save by the left post. Flavio Greco was a little too slow when Eraldo Santone got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 3-0. Carter Fava's late challenge caught a Browns's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carter Fava helped the player get up and apologised. Carter Fava hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the game, Turo Leppilampi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Flavio Greco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Avengers FC defense, Hernan Gervaso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Greco. Anfilogino Anelli hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hernan Gervaso to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Attilio Vieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Greco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Greco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turo Leppilampi in the 83rd minute of play. Flavio Greco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turo Leppilampi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Flavio Greco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Browns walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
