Elia Di Ianni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiang Yuan in the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Matej Nagy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elia Di Ianni. Rock's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matej Nagy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Rock's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Scotti came free, but Elia Di Ianni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rock's Elia Di Ianni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiang Yuan in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiang Yuan in the 33rd minute of play forced Rock's goalkeeper Elia Di Ianni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elia Di Ianni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matej Nagy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiang Yuan in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elia Di Ianni saved Rock from getting behind. The supporters of violeta booed when Rock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Vani didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Alfredo De Laurentiis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elia Di Ianni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Rock's Elia Di Ianni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Scotti in the 44th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Arturo Scotti got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elia Di Ianni quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, violeta's Aurelio Pennetta got a free kick in the 45th minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Vani made a kick off. When violeta's Matej Nagy in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rock's goalie prevented a goal. After 51 minutes, Matej Nagy made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Rock's Elia Di Ianni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 55 minutes, Fabiano Castelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 61st match minute, violeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto De Zorzi to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Scotti got free with Elia Di Ianni in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elia Di Ianni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jiang Yuan in the 82nd minute. Alfredo De Laurentiis really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Matej Nagy sped through Rock's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elia Di Ianni.
