Amerigo Vida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 22 minutes into the match, USD Marosticense's Maximiliano Matro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Granata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute Harald Munderloh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Vida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nic Zaniolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukasz Mentov in the 69th minute of play forced A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Palmisano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Amerigo Vida made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dino Palmisano in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amerigo Vida saved USD Marosticense from getting behind. Dino Palmisano hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When Harald Munderloh came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the A.S. Ian Fenomeni fans jumped to their feet. Rodrigue Léonards short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Amerigo Vida to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Harald Munderloh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Corrado Filippini took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Amerigo Vida to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched A.S. Ian Fenomeni eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
