Pär Are yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Daniele Bevilacqua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dave Trotta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dave Trotta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Testi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Polisportiva Arcorese's Dave Trotta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Bevilacqua in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Polisportiva Arcorese's goal looked a bit too open when Daniele Bevilacqua came free, but Dave Trotta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Daniele Bevilacqua put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dave Trotta. Dave Trotta came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Montechiarugolo AFC's Daniele Bevilacqua. But to his dismay, Daniele Bevilacqua quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Dave Trotta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anfilogino Preda in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Montechiarugolo AFC's Anfilogino Preda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dave Trotta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Montechiarugolo AFC were awarded a corner. Alex Mori went to the cornerflag to take it. Anfilogino Preda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Trotta having to interfere. Montechiarugolo AFC's Emilio Macchia got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anfilogino Preda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Polisportiva Arcorese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Pär Are made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Arcangeli in the 58th minute of play. Daniele Bevilacqua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Dave Trotta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camillo Pagliarini kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Montechiarugolo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Camillo Pagliarini. The supporters of Polisportiva Arcorese booed when Montechiarugolo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvise Manzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Montechiarugolo AFC's Pär Are played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valmar Rink in the 77th minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Montechiarugolo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniele Bevilacqua to maneuver through the defense. Dave Trotta made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Anfilogino Preda sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute Valmar Rink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pär Are saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Polisportiva Arcorese getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Laércio Salgado hit a great ball. Pär Are showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valmar Rink, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 93 minutes, Camillo Pagliarini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montechiarugolo AFC and the Polisportiva Arcorese players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Montechiarugolo AFC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Camillo Pagliarini hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Montechiarugolo AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
