Niccolo Zaniolo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto De Marchi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Fausto De Marchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Scoca in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Biagio Scoca made a precise shot to the right of Fausto De Marchi. Campania Ponticelli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Alvaro Pardini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Scofield in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michael Scofield made a kick off. Niccolo Zaniolo might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fausto De Marchi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niccolo Zaniolo ran back to his position shaking his head. Fausto De Marchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niccolo Zaniolo in the 71st minute of the match. Fausto De Marchi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niccolo Zaniolo's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Niccolo Zaniolo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foot Ball Club di Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Niccolo Zaniolo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto De Marchi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvaro Pardini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Miconi in the 75th minute of play. Fausto De Marchi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niccolo Zaniolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Foot Ball Club di Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Allegretti came free, but Alvaro Pardini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Pardini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Bottone in the 80th minute of play. The Campania Ponticelli supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Foot Ball Club di Roma's performance. The match ended with a win for Foot Ball Club di Roma.
