After a defensive mix-up in Acilia Town's zone, Honorio Sugoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Moscatelli came out of the goal and Honorio Sugoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Scofield Vinciguerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Omar Nicholas made a huge save. Ciro Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Sugoi in the 14th minute of play. Ciro Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Mancini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scofield Vinciguerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Omar Nicholas made a huge save. Omar Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Wojno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, ZERO OLTRE's goal looked a bit too open when Scofield Vinciguerra came free, but Omar Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, ZERO OLTRE's goalkeeper Omar Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Scofield Vinciguerra. Ciro Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Sisti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, ZERO OLTRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Rozzi to maneuver through the defense. Scofield Vinciguerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Omar Nicholas made a huge save. Ciro Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Mancini in the 34th minute of play. When Honorio Sugoi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the ZERO OLTRE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Sugoi couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the match, Franco Ucci dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Omar Nicholas, 1-0. Franco Ucci struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Omar Nicholas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acilia Town. After a rather tough play, ZERO OLTRE's Franco Sisti got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute, Scofield Vinciguerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filippo Mancini to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Dieguinho Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Acilia Town booed when ZERO OLTRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Sisti didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Honorio Sugoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Moscatelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filippo Mancini in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Acilia Town's Dieguinho Tande nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Omar Nicholas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Acilia Town made a substitution. Alvaro Recoba replaced Diego Tozzi. ZERO OLTRE's Honorio Sugoi got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Franco Ucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dieguinho Tande in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Nicholas saved ZERO OLTRE from getting behind. In the 81st minute Honorio Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Moscatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute ZERO OLTRE were awarded a corner. Flavius Dică went to the cornerflag to take it. Omar Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguinho Tande in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Kallola Varm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Dieguinho Tande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acilia Town's supporters rose to their feet, but Dieguinho Tande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Nicholas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Strano in the 98th minute of the match. Filippo Mancini took the ball and in the 100 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciro Moscatelli. Ciro Moscatelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the ZERO OLTRE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Acilia Town.
