Spectators: 8403 (Terracing: 6303, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Scofield Vinciguerra kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Acilia Town's goalkeeper Ciro Moscatelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Sergi. After having played for 7 minutes, Aurelio Giampieri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acilia Town's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Giampieri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Acilia Town's Ciro Moscatelli got control of the ball when Ercole Scandella tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scofield Vinciguerra in the 10th minute of play forced Casette's goalkeeper Bianco Desiderio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Corrado Pavlu in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Acilia Town's Robert Wojno. In the 18th minute Scofield Vinciguerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bianco Desiderio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Casette's Davide Sciarretta made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Moscatelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alessandro Coscia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Achille Toccaceli in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Moscatelli saved Acilia Town from getting behind. Scofield Vinciguerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bianco Desiderio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Scofield Vinciguerra ran back to his position shaking his head. Ovidiu Ciulei kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Acilia Town's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Sciarretta came free, but Ciro Moscatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Acilia Town's Aurelio Giampieri managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fortunato Moschetta in the 39 minute of the game. In the 46th minute of the match, Achille Toccaceli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciro Moscatelli saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

Acilia Town made a substitution. Dieguinho Tande replaced Scofield Vinciguerra. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davide Sciarretta was the one to do the kick off. Diego Sergi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciro Moscatelli having to make a save. Ciro Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Sergi in the 54th minute of the match. Franco Ucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Acilia Town's Robert Wojno quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Corrado Pavlu, made in the 58th minute of the game. If Aurelio Giampieri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Casette's goalkeeper Bianco Desiderio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 73 minutes Acilia Town's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Achille Toccaceli who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Beppe Bomba managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Ciro Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Coscia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dieguinho Tande took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bianco Desiderio. Bianco Desiderio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Dieguinho Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fidel Illan hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Ciro Moscatelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ercole Scandella went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 96 minutes into the game, Casette's Davide Sciarretta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciro Moscatelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Casette players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
