Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Eugenio Franceschelli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Brembols's Adriano Frasca got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eugenio Franceschelli was a little too slow when Dennis Bucciarelli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-1. The corner led Brembols's Josué Formas to fire away a dangerous shot which Armin Di Vito despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Armin Di Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Frasca in the 31st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Su Xu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armin Di Vito was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. ASLaNegrelli were furious when Marcin Absolwent was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Armin Di Vito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Formas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ASLaNegrelli's Armin Di Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Formas in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Su Xu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Brembols was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Frasca to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brembols's goalkeeper Eugenio Franceschelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Brembols's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Capuozzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
