A very good chance. 5 minutes into the match, Montesacro Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Almeyda came free, but Biagio Cera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Montesacro Utd's Biagio Cera got control of the ball when Paolo Rossi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Teodoro Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giacomo Casanova took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurito Boselli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giacomo Casanova made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Pombal in the 19th minute of play. Maurito Boselli took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giacomo Casanova. Giacomo Casanova dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Loco Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biagio Cera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Loco Palermo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 43 minute of play. In the 47th minute, Edwin 雷震军 had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Dan Petrescu fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montesacro Utd's protests and gave Dan Petrescu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Montesacro FC booed when Montesacro Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Petrescu didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loco Palermo was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Montesacro FC were awarded a corner. Paolo Rossi went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Pombal in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giacomo Casanova prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Giacomo Casanova had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurito Boselli. If Maurito Boselli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Loco Palermo came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Montesacro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loco Palermo couldn't finish the play. Montesacro Utd's Salomo Nylund was substituted for Teodoro Pombal. In the 74th minute Paolo Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Cera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Biagio Cera came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Montesacro FC's Paolo Rossi. But to his dismay, Paolo Rossi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 3-2 became the score in the 84th minute when Loco Palermo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Paolo Rossi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Biagio Cera having to make a save. Montesacro Utd's Biagio Cera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Rossi in the 87th minute of play. Dan Petrescu made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Damiano Zangari immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Montesacro Utd's Dan Petrescu got a free kick in the 90th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damiano Zangari during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Damiano Zangari kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Loco Palermo put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Biagio Cera. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Montesacro FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Montesacro Utd for much of the match.
