Zsombor Jósa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rajmund Irmai in the 2nd minute of the match. When Gábor Vígh, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 5 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Zsombor Jósa was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 9th match minute, Astra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Károly Király to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gábor Vígh in the 16th minute of play forced Green Dogs FC's goalkeeper Zsombor Jósa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Gábor Vígh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsombor Jósa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Astra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Károly Király to maneuver through the defense. Norbert Lencse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kornél Sarkady read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Károly Király was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Green Dogs FC the free kick. A collision led to Astra getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Károly Király hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Norbert Lencse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Dogs FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Norbert Lencse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kornél Sarkady breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gábor Vígh made a kick off. Rajmund Irmai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 60 minutes, Péter Bíró managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Green Dogs FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Péter Bíró was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gábor Vígh came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Astra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gábor Vígh couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Green Dogs FC's Zsombor Jósa got control of the ball when Rajmund Irmai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Astra's Kornél Sarkady played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Péter Bíró in the 72nd minute of play. Kornél Sarkady took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Lencse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Green Dogs FC's Norbert Lencse got a free kick in the 75th minute. Zsombor Jósa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rajmund Irmai in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Astra's goal looked a bit too open when Péter Bíró came free, but Kornél Sarkady reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th play minute Rajmund Irmai came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zsombor Jósa. 0-1.
