Csaba Kővári fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Béla Konkoly having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, Hedrehely VTK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Demeter to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Csaba Kővári made a precise shot to the right of Béla Konkoly. Hedrehely VTK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Hedrehely VTK's Béla Konkoly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Csaba Kővári in the 37th minute of play. If Csaba Kővári had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Béla Konkoly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Csaba Kővári, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Benedek Titkos made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as József Bíró kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Márton Kovács. That made the score 2-1 in the 53 minute of play. If József Bíró had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored Hedrehely VTK's protests and gave Csaba Baranyai a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hedrehely VTK's Csaba Baranyai got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, László Szakály sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hedrehely VTK's Béla Konkoly didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Csaba Kővári in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Béla Konkoly saved Hedrehely VTK from getting behind. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zöld Sasok SC reached it. During the 84th minute of the match Csaba Baranyai completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Csaba Baranyai a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hedrehely VTK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. László Szakály was slow to take the kick. During this time Zöld Sasok SC's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in Hedrehely VTK's zone, Lázár Bagi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Béla Konkoly came out of the goal and Lázár Bagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Béla Konkoly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Csaba Kővári, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zöld Sasok SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
