Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Ádám Kis came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Pákozd FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ádám Kis couldn't finish the play. Elek Lehoczky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Csaba Orbán tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13th play minutes Elek Lehoczky shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Csaba Orbán and just under the crossbar into goal. Péter Virágh made a great header on Pákozd FC's corner, it was just that Falka FC's Sam Gray managed to reach the ball for a save. If Elek Lehoczky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute, Balázs Vass hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the game, Falka FC's Elek Lehoczky nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Csaba Orbán made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Elek Lehoczky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Csaba Orbán having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Pákozd FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Falka FC:s goal. When Balázs Vass was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played. A collision led to Pákozd FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Balázs Vass hit a great ball. The Pákozd FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Falka FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
