In the 13th minute, László Jósa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Apollon Grimaszol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ágoston Holzhauser struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Lóránt Lantos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apollon Grimaszol. When Apollon Grimaszol's András Győri in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, András Győri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apollon Grimaszol's supporters rose to their feet, but András Győri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lóránt Lantos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. András Győri might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lóránt Lantos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. András Győri ran back to his position shaking his head. Apollon Grimaszol's Soma Bernáth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Mester in the 61st minute of play.
