The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferenc Pádár got free with Ádám Dósa in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Botlábúak's Nándor Vargha got a free kick in the 9th minute. With 15 minutes on the clock, Imre Káposztás commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 16th match minute, Botlábúak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Imre Káposztás to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Jácint Sinkó got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 24 played minutes Botlábúak got a freekick which was hit by Bertold Újházi. 30 minutes into the game, Jácint Sinkó was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szigetcsép SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Botlábúak the free kick. After 30 played minutes Szigetcsép SC got a freekick which was hit by Jácint Sinkó. 32 minutes into the match, Stefan Bondel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ádám Dósa. Botlábúak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Bondel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Zakariás Kolozsvári put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ádám Dósa. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferenc Pádár during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Szigetcsép SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferenc Pádár to maneuver through the defense. Botlábúak's Ádám Dósa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferenc Pádár in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Bondel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Szigetcsép SC booed when Botlábúak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nándor Vargha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Botlábúak's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Bondel came free, but Ádám Dósa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zakariás Tihanyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferenc Pádár was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 61 played minutes Szigetcsép SC got a freekick which was hit by Ferenc Pádár. In the 64th minute Jácint Sinkó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ádám Dósa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Bondel charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Bondel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute, Stefan Bondel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Szigetcsép SC's Santos Madeo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Szigetcsép SC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Bondel in the 75th minute of play forced Botlábúak's goalkeeper Ádám Dósa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Zakariás Kolozsvári notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Botlábúak's Ádám Dósa. Ádám Dósa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zakariás Tihanyi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Botlábúak's zone, Jácint Sinkó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ádám Dósa came out of the goal and Jácint Sinkó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
