Spectators: 8546 (Terracing: 6411, Seating: 1965, VIP seats: 170) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ábel Végh got the match started through his kick off. Torsten Sundin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lajos Vásárhelyi firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Szabolcs Vándor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nagykarácsony's supporters rose to their feet, but Szabolcs Vándor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lajos Vásárhelyi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Testvériség's Lajos Vásárhelyi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Testvériség from getting a goal against them. After 11 minutes of play, Nagykarácsony's János Zarka made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lajos Vásárhelyi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lajos Vásárhelyi was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Torsten Sundin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torsten Sundin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 17 minutes into the game, János Zarka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lajos Vásárhelyi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Nagykarácsony's Szabolcs Vándor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. János Zarka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Testvériség's Lajos Vásárhelyi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Testvériség from getting a goal against them. Lajos Vásárhelyi came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nagykarácsony's Szabolcs Vándor. But to his dismay, Szabolcs Vándor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Árpád Sós kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Ábel Végh took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eulalio Gudesteo. Eulalio Gudesteo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. In the 38th play minute Félix Baló came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lajos Vásárhelyi. 8-1. Lajos Vásárhelyi was a little too slow when János Zarka got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 9-1. Testvériség's Lajos Vásárhelyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Félix Baló in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Testvériség's goal looked a bit too open when János Zarka came free, but Lajos Vásárhelyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torsten Sundin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Testvériség defense, Torsten Sundin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Vásárhelyi. The Testvériség fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Vásárhelyi should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Testvériség getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Balázs Szaniszló hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Torsten Sundin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nagykarácsony's supporters rose to their feet, but Torsten Sundin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 62nd match minute, Testvériség was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balázs Szaniszló to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Torsten Sundin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nagykarácsony fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-1. János Zarka took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lajos Vásárhelyi. Lajos Vásárhelyi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-1. The attack was good, but when Félix Baló in the 73rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 75 minutes, Dénes Görbe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Testvériség and the Nagykarácsony players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Testvériség's Dénes Görbe got a free kick in the 75th minute. Torsten Sundin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szabolcs Vándor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th minute, János Zarka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nagykarácsony fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-1. 89 minutes into the game, Nagykarácsony's Torsten Sundin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lajos Vásárhelyi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 16-1. Lajos Vásárhelyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Sundin in the 93rd minute of play. If Szabolcs Vándor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nagykarácsony walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
