Spectators: 8629 (Terracing: 6473, Seating: 1984, VIP seats: 172) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hasan Tahsin İltemur took the kick off in the first half of the match. Árpád Konkoly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Árpád Kerekes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. When Szajk LC's Csongor Csorba in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Puja SE's goalie prevented a goal. Árpád Kerekes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Csongor Csorba's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Puja SE's Árpád Kerekes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gergely Takács in the 13th minute of play. In the 19th minute Csongor Csorba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Árpád Kerekes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Csongor Csorba in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Árpád Kerekes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. András Horváth came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Puja SE's Beremundo Turrilla. But to his dismay, Beremundo Turrilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beremundo Turrilla in the 33rd minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tamás Benkó hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Szajk LC's Árpád Konkoly got a free kick in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Csongor Csorba made a kick off. If Emánuel Hatvani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute Silvestrs Zupenieks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Horváth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Csongor Csorbas short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Árpád Kerekes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Szajk LC's András Horváth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestrs Zupenieks in the 58th minute of play. After 64 minutes Szajk LC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gwidon Brak who took care of the corner kick. Gwidon Brak made a great header on Puja SE's corner, it was just that Szajk LC's András Horváth managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 68th minute, Csongor Csorba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Szajk LC's Levente Makkai was substituted for Csongor Csorba. With his leg Árpád Kerekes managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Szajk LC's Levente Makkai fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 77th minute of the match, Gergely Takács tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Árpád Kerekes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Szajk LC's András Horváth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Tahsin İltemur in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match, Levente Makkai got a very nice opportunity to score, but Árpád Kerekes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 82nd minute Szajk LC were awarded a corner. Gergely Takács went to the cornerflag to take it. Levente Makkai made a great header on Szajk LC's corner, it was just that Puja SE's Árpád Kerekes managed to reach the ball for a save. 85 minutes into the match, Levente Makkai dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Árpád Kerekes, 1-2. Szajk LC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
