Zsolt Lipták fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without István Gerencsér having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, László Nánási dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of István Gerencsér, 1-0. József Lőrincz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dénes Tóth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kisgyőr.F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by András Nemes in the 15th minute. László Kocsis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Lőrincz having to interfere. József Lőrincz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dénes Tóth in the 26th minute of the match. István Gerencsér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from László Nánási, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Valentin Jósa hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Boldizsár Orosz hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. József Lőrincz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dénes Tóth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-3 became the score in the 48th minute when János Udvarhelyi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
The wind increased when János Udvarhelyi made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Dénes Tóth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but József Lőrincz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sajószöged KTK defense, János Udvarhelyi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of József Lőrincz. The Sajószöged KTK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that József Lőrincz should have stopped the shot. József Lőrincz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from László Kocsis in the 64th minute of the match. László Kocsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. József Lőrincz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. József Lőrincz came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Kisgyőr.F.C.'s János Udvarhelyi. But to his dismay, János Udvarhelyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. 73 minutes into the match, János Udvarhelyi notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Sajószöged KTK's József Lőrincz. József Lőrincz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Csanád Tímár came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and József Lőrincz could save by the left post. In the 77th minute, Dénes Tóth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kisgyőr.F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. László Nánási's late challenge caught a Kisgyőr.F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. László Nánási helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, László Nánási hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sajószöged KTK's zone, János Udvarhelyi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. József Lőrincz came out of the goal and János Udvarhelyi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If János Udvarhelyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Csanád Tímár could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but József Lőrincz made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Sajószöged KTK's goal looked a bit too open when László Kocsis came free, but József Lőrincz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sajószöged KTK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when János Udvarhelyi scored to the left of an out of position József Lőrincz, making the score, 1-9. Sajószöged KTK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when János Udvarhelyi scored to the left of an out of position József Lőrincz, making the score, 1-10. The audience thought a goal was coming when János Udvarhelyi got free with József Lőrincz in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kisgyőr.F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
