Spectators: 9261 (Terracing: 6947, Seating: 2130, VIP seats: 184) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aladár Takács started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Elek Vörös shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Simicska saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute Árpád Kardos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Simicska saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Átkozottak's Dávid Radics got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 12 minutes, Árpád Kardos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Olad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Árpád Kardos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Átkozottak's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Norbert Szegh in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, FC Olad's goalkeeper Botond Détári had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristóf Somlyai. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kristóf Somlyai in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Botond Détári saved FC Olad from getting behind. After some careless play in the FC Olad defense, Dávid Radics kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Botond Détári. The FC Olad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Botond Détári should have stopped the shot. FC Olad's Botond Détári proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Olad from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, Bánk Madaras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Botond Détári. Bánk Madaras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aladár Takács in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tibor Simicska prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bálint Papp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aladár Takács took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tibor Simicska. Tibor Simicska dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Bánk Madaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Botond Détári tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Aladár Takács had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tibor Simicska. Átkozottak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aladár Takács was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. When Sebestyén Tandori fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Átkozottak's protests and gave Sebestyén Tandori a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Átkozottak got a freekick which was hit by Sebestyén Tandori. In the 45th minute Aladár Takács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Simicska saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Botond Détári managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Átkozottak's Bánk Madaras fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bánk Madaras was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Aladár Takács's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tibor Simicska was relentless in the 50th minute of the game. Lóránt Vörös struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Tibor Simicska didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Olad. Botond Détári showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bánk Madaras in the 56th minute of the match. Átkozottak's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Norbert Szegh in the 62nd minute. After taking down the ball on Átkozottak's corner Norbert Szegh fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Botond Détári quite easily take care of the ball. Tibor Simicska took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lóránt Vörös, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bánk Madaras in the 67th minute of play forced FC Olad's goalkeeper Botond Détári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tibor Simicska stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aladár Takács's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Olad's Aladár Takács slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tibor Simicska. That made the score 2-3 after 73 minutes of play. Átkozottak's Tibor Simicska played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aladár Takács in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match FC Olad got a corner. Átkozottak's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. András Győrfi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thanks to some nice moves Aladár Takács could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Tibor Simicska however easily saved by the left post. Árpád Kardos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Tibor Simicska made a huge save. After 82 minutes, Soma Sipos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Átkozottak and the FC Olad players grew even worse after the yellow card. Átkozottak's Tibor Simicska proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Átkozottak from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aladár Takács got free with Tibor Simicska in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 85 played minutes Átkozottak got a freekick which was hit by Kristóf Somlyai. Tibor Simicska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elek Vörös in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Átkozottak getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Dávid Radics hit a great ball. Gábor Antal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Olad's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
