Danilo Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from József Sallói, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konstanty Dzierwa in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Vaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Václav Bednařík to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Václav Bednařík in the 70th minute of play forced Szentgotthárd's goalkeeper Kornél Hajdú to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from József Sallói in the 71st minute of the match. Danilo Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstanty Dzierwa in the 83rd minute of play. Danilo Vaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by József Sallói in the 84th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, József Sallói managed to get in a good position for a shot. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Szentgotthárd reached it. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
