Máté Gelencsér's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaan Winter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when STORM CORNER F.C.'s Reinhold Artmaier in the 23rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ádám Bogdán was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE through an amazing save. 29 minutes into the match, STORM CORNER F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Máté Gelencsér came free, but Kaan Winter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Máté Gelencsér notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter. Kaan Winter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A very good chance for a goal. 43 minutes into the match, STORM CORNER F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Máté Gelencsér came free, but Kaan Winter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ionuț Jităreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 69th minute, Máté Gelencsér got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kaan Winter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE's Pablo Salomon got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. László Budavári kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
