Bayern München FC.'s Péter Kun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bai Jun Chong in the 8th minute of play. Arnold Szuper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Régis Vander in the 19th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bayern München FC. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Lei Jian Xiong sped through Bayern München FC.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Péter Kun. The audience was convinced that Grigoriy Melnichenko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnold Szuper was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Szombathely Squirrels walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
