Punat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ljubo Hodak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Veljko Končar kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Zoltan Peruško was a little too slow when Boško Balaban got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. Punat's Zoltan Peruško proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Punat from getting a goal against them. After having played for 20 minutes, Bernard Đureš managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Boston Patriots's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Đureš was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matija Zec during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bernard Đureš fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoltan Peruško having to interfere. Bernard Đureš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Punat's Zoltan Peruško got control of the ball when Bernard Đureš tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Punat's goal looked a bit too open when Boško Balaban came free, but Zoltan Peruško reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boško Balaban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zoltan Peruško read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Zoltan Peruško successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zoltan Peruško stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boško Balaban's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ljubo Hodak made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ljubo Hodak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Punat's supporters rose to their feet, but Ljubo Hodak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Kučinac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When FC Boston Patriots's Boško Balaban in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zoltan Peruško showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boško Balaban in the 67th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernard Đureš in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zoltan Peruško prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77th match minute, Punat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matija Zec to maneuver through the defense. Zoltan Peruško showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Đureš in the 83rd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Punat:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Boston Patriots:s goal. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for FC Boston Patriots. Kruno Brajko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zoltan Peruško. 4-0. If Bernard Đureš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, FC Boston Patriots's Boško Balaban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zoltan Peruško narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rdth minute of the game Bernard Đureš who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Punat's Zoltan Peruško was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 5-0 became the score in the 95th minute when Boško Balaban elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
