Jura Petrović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragutin Vasiljević in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Branislav Kufner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolf Krnić kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Jura Petrović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslav Ivanković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Stampedo's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslav Ivanković came free, but Jura Petrović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolf Krnić's late challenge caught a Stampedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolf Krnić helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kanarinci's Adolf Krnić got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Kanarinci's Zlatan Špehar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neno Bajs in the 34th minute of play. When Bruno Dragišić came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kanarinci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Dragišić couldn't finish the play. During the 37th minute of the match Adolf Krnić completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adolf Krnić a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 37th match minute, Kanarinci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolf Krnić to maneuver through the defense. Dragutin Vasiljević kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Branislav Kufner struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Stampedo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radoslav Ivanković was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neno Bajs in the 67th minute of play forced Kanarinci's goalkeeper Zlatan Špehar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Neno Bajs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kanarinci's Petar Krile was substituted for Dragutin Vasiljević. After some careless play in the Stampedo defense, Radoslav Ivanković kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jura Petrović. The Stampedo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jura Petrović should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Kanarinci getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Toni Šimić hit a great ball. The supporters of Kanarinci booed when Stampedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neno Bajs didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Neno Bajs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stampedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Neno Bajs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Radoslav Ivanković cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jura Petrović was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zlatan Špehar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neno Bajs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Nenad Dumalovski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kanarinci's Zlatan Špehar did a great save. Kanarinci's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
