With a little luck, FK ORLOVI's Marin Pejaković got control of the ball when Kazimir Pendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marin Pejaković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimir Pendo in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute, NK Dubrava Zagreb's Kazimir Pendo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Kazimir Pendo could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Marin Pejaković however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, NK Dubrava Zagreb's Charles Mariano got a free kick in the 11th minute. FK ORLOVI's Marin Pejaković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimir Pendo in the 13th minute of play. FK ORLOVI's Željko Kljajić got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kazimir Pendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Marin Pejaković made a huge save. FK ORLOVI's Marin Pejaković proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save FK ORLOVI from getting a goal against them. A collision led to FK ORLOVI getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Celso Abechuco hit a great ball. Marin Pejaković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimir Pendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kent Klint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Üzeyir Şahinhan in the 33rd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, FK ORLOVI's Üzeyir Şahinhan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kent Klint made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Kazimir Pendo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marin Pejaković. That made the score 3-1 in the 37 minute of play. After a rather tough play, FK ORLOVI's Teodosije Dimović got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Charles Mariano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kazimir Pendo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marin Pejaković saved FK ORLOVI from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dobrica Maksić was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Kazimir Pendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Pejaković saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute NK Dubrava Zagreb were awarded a corner. Ilko Lokin went to the cornerflag to take it. Ilko Lokin made a great header on NK Dubrava Zagreb's corner, it was just that FK ORLOVI's Marin Pejaković managed to reach the ball for a save. Marin Pejaković showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakab Soós in the 56th minute of the match. Marin Pejaković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimir Pendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Gordan Sedmak managed to get in a good position for a shot. NK Dubrava Zagreb's supporters rose to their feet, but Gordan Sedmak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marin Pejaković breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FK ORLOVI's goalkeeper Marin Pejaković, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. NK Dubrava Zagreb's Antun Zahora got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miroslav Subotić charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miroslav Subotić the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes FK ORLOVI got a freekick which was hit by Miroslav Subotić. In the 80th minute of the match NK Dubrava Zagreb got a corner. FK ORLOVI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ilko Lokin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ilko Lokin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FK ORLOVI's Marin Pejaković did a great save. FK ORLOVI's Marin Pejaković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antun Zahora in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Antun Zahora cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Marin Pejaković was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the match, Antun Zahora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marin Pejaković. FK ORLOVI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antun Zahora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. After some careless play in the FK ORLOVI defense, Antun Zahora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marin Pejaković. The FK ORLOVI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marin Pejaković should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the match, FK ORLOVI's goal looked a bit too open when Antun Zahora came free, but Marin Pejaković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the NK Dubrava Zagreb players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
