Batiste Dufau started the match with the kick off. If Jolan Andreani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Léon Cassagne made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Jolan Andreani sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claude Arnold during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Dijon fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claude Arnold to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Norbert Zouaoui sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dijon fc's Donatien Casabianca didn't even have to move. Batiste Dufau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Seysses's Léon Cassagne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batiste Dufau in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Jolan Andreani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dijon fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jolan Andreani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Léon Cassagne made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batiste Dufau in the 35th minute. Seysses's Léon Cassagne proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Seysses from getting a goal against them. Dijon fc's Batiste Dufau got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Dijon fc getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mickaël Perruchot hit a great ball. Batiste Dufau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léon Cassagne read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jordan Franchet to make the kick off. Donatien Casabianca made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Stéphane Delbos sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Herbert Pinard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Seysses's goal looked a bit too open when Batiste Dufau came free, but Léon Cassagne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Seysses getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Herbert Pinard hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Dijon fc's Jolan Andreani got a free kick in the 66th minute. Léon Cassagne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jolan Andreani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jordan Franchet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Mickaël Perruchot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batiste Dufau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Léon Cassagne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jolan Andreani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Batiste Dufau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batiste Dufau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Léon Cassagne having to make a save. Dijon fc were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
