Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Arthur Jouenne made the kick off and thus started the match. Luis Desvignes came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by RC Aiacciu Corsica's Arthur Jouenne. But to his dismay, Arthur Jouenne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 8 minutes in the game Auguste Dhalluin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Edgard Dubroca. In the 9th minute Grégoire Pause shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Desvignes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Dove Seguin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 12 in the game by Jean-Baptiste Fofana from a close distance when the talented Michal Svatek managed to make a qualified save. RC Aiacciu Corsica's players were relieved. Luis Desvignes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sacha Bruchet in the 15th minute of play. In the 19th minute Arthur Jouenne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Desvignes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bordeaux's Luis Desvignes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Jouenne in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Bordeaux's goal looked a bit too open when Auguste Dhalluin came free, but Luis Desvignes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean-Baptiste Fofana struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Michal Svatek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bordeaux. Ronan Blaize sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jean-Baptiste Fofana let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 39th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronan Blaize got free with Michal Svatek in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Jean-Baptiste Fofana made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, RC Aiacciu Corsica's David Lesecq got a free kick in the 51st minute. Michal Svatek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronan Blaize, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Jean-Baptiste Fofana took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michal Svatek. Michal Svatek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Luis Desvignes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Jouenne in the 62nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier Bertolotti in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Svatek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jean-Baptiste Fofana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean-Baptiste Fofana kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Bordeaux's Jean-Baptiste Fofana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michal Svatek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 79 minutes into the game, one of Bordeaux:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Ronan Blaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronan Blaize might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michal Svatek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronan Blaize ran back to his position shaking his head. Xavier Bertolotti struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Michal Svatek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bordeaux. The supporters of RC Aiacciu Corsica booed when Bordeaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-François Martz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as RC Aiacciu Corsica's Arthur Jouenne slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luis Desvignes. That made the score 3-3 after 93 minutes of play.
