If Luc Sarthou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Chuzelles getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Prosper Pimont hit a great ball. 16 minutes in the game Mike Mouillet did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Davy Médard. The supporters of Chuzelles booed when Le Mans U.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes, Le Mans U.C's Sidney Cochez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mohamed Kadri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Le Mans U.C reached it. A collision led to Chuzelles getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ahmid Aury hit a great ball.
