The supporters of Lyon 69ers booed when Rosière FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gérald Germon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Johan Lefebre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 75th minute Daryl Cottineau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Ferrer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Yohann Bricout had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sixto Ferrer. Rosière FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yohann Bricout was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. When the match was over Lyon 69ers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rosière FC throughout the match.
