An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Lucado in the 20th minute of play forced Olympique de Mornas's goalkeeper Romaric Pieters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zinedine Chabin's late challenge caught a meyzieu fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zinedine Chabin helped the player get up and apologised. Zinedine Chabin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 37 minutes of play, meyzieu fc's Eustaquio Lucado made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romaric Pieters was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romaric Pieters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Vaille, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Romaric Pieters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Vaille in the 43rd minute of play. Bob Chassard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Olympique de Mornas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Romaric Pieters stood somewhat misplaced when Victor Vaille came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 59 minute. After a defensive mix-up in Olympique de Mornas's zone, Victor Vaille stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romaric Pieters came out of the goal and Victor Vaille tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olympique de Mornas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Bob Maurel scored to the left of an out of position Romaric Pieters, making the score, 0-5. Romaric Pieters was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Bob Maurel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bob Maurel really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bob Chassard got free with Romaric Pieters in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romaric Pieters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Vaille in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Bob Maurel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The meyzieu fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After 84 minutes, César Sidibe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the meyzieu fc and the Olympique de Mornas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, meyzieu fc's César Sidibe got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 93rd minute, Victor Vaille fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bob Maurel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romaric Pieters having to make a save. Romaric Pieters didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Vaille went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded meyzieu fc left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olympique de Mornas.
