Erzurum25's Maxime Ropars was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Franz Mérieau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maxime Ropars showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 18 minute of play. If Maxime Ropars had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Erzurum25's Maxime Ropars sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franz Mérieau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 27 minutes of play, Erzurum25's Maxime Ropars made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franz Mérieau was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes into the game, Maxime Ropars recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Franz Mérieau. Maxime Ropars showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. The supporters of Salle booed when Erzurum25 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Wartel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bixente Rodier in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bianco Di Camillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erzurum25's Maxime Ropars managed to work through Salle's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Maxime Ropars dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. During the 38th minute of the match Raphaël Archimbaud completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Raphaël Archimbaud a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 39 played minutes Salle got a freekick which was hit by Raphaël Archimbaud. The supporters of Erzurum25 booed when Salle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheikh Bocage didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Wartel hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes, Salle's Hakim Desvaux shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bianco Di Camillo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salle reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxime Ropars made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxime Ropars in the 52nd minute of play forced Salle's goalkeeper Franz Mérieau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles Wartel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Maxime Ropars notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Salle's Franz Mérieau. Franz Mérieau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enzo Bayard took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franz Mérieau. Franz Mérieau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. If Bixente Rodier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salle's Cheikh Bocage suffered a sore thigh after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The audience was convinced that Enzo Bayard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franz Mérieau was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The Erzurum25 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Enzo Bayard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Erzurum25 had played much better football throughout.
