The corner ended in Jocelyn Care almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but U.S.Normande's Christopher Barnier did a great save. In the 13th minute Thierry Auroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Barnier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt-Rune Mellberg hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Thierry Auroy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Christopher Barnier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christopher Barnier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thierry Auroy in the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 minutes U.S.Normande's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jocelyn Care who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Jocelyn Care got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christopher Barnier quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 29th minute, Aurélien Mussard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathias Mulard hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. A collision led to Breizh Punishers getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Thierry Auroy hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Bengt-Rune Mellberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teddy Michalon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Breizh Punishers's Faouzi Lancelle was substituted for Samir Gallien. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thierry Auroy to make the kick off. Teddy Michalon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Youri Borderie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Grégory Will fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Breizh Punishers's protests and gave Grégory Will a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Breizh Punishers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grégory Will to maneuver through the defense. U.S.Normande's Fred Battini got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 61 minutes of play, Breizh Punishers's Thierry Auroy made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christopher Barnier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teddy Michalon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youri Borderie in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Breizh Punishers's Fernand Joanny got a free kick in the 68th minute. Léopold Fraval kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Teddy Michalon came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by U.S.Normande's Youri Borderie. But to his dismay, Youri Borderie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Faouzi Lancelle struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Christopher Barnier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breizh Punishers. Fred Battini hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. U.S.Normande's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fred Battini in the 84th minute. After 88 played minutes Breizh Punishers got a freekick which was hit by Faouzi Lancelle. After a rather tough play, U.S.Normande's Joris Callens got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 96thth minute of the game Youri Borderie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Breizh Punishers's Teddy Michalon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. U.S.Normande walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
