In the 4th minute, Sillar Alta UD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adolfo Redondo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Juan Castaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sillar Alta UD's Cisco Espinosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Sillar Alta UD from getting a goal against them. When Veto Alcalde fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sillar Alta UD's protests and gave Veto Alcalde a yellow card for diving instead. Veto Alcalde kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Sillar Alta UD's Cisco Espinosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Sillar Alta UD from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Sillar Alta UD's Basilio Patiño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marino Serrano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adolfo Redondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cisco Espinosa having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Playa de Comarruga's Quirce Pedrosa got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Adolfo Redondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Sillar Alta UD's Cisco Espinosa got control of the ball when Juan Castaño tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Patiño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Sillar Alta UD defense, Adolfo Redondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cisco Espinosa. The Sillar Alta UD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cisco Espinosa should have stopped the shot. After 60 played minutes Playa de Comarruga got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Redondo. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sillar Alta UD's goalkeeper Cisco Espinosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Asensio Ledo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Redondo in the 67th minute of play forced Sillar Alta UD's goalkeeper Cisco Espinosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Playa de Comarruga's Juan Castaño got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Redondo in the 86th minute of play forced Sillar Alta UD's goalkeeper Cisco Espinosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cisco Espinosa came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Playa de Comarruga's Adolfo Redondo. But to his dismay, Adolfo Redondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Playa de Comarruga fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sillar Alta UD had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
