Fortun Casta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Alcadio Clos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Unai Soldado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Montiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Fortun Casta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alcadio Clos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fortun Casta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Franco Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Duron SD's Beturian Olano got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Inautzi Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fortun Casta struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Alcadio Clos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Duron SD. 30 minutes into the match, Duron SD's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Parra came free, but Unai Soldado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inautzi Varela hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Unai Soldado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabricio Montiel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
