In the 5th minute Justino Encina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inguma Benito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Torremolinos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Montes Antunez. Torremolinos F.C's Hermelando Tobia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Calatayud in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Torremolinos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Locaio Cabezas. 22 minutes into the match, Way Out West United FC's Chayo Marcos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hermelando Tobia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teofilo Marrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Inguma Benito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermelando Tobia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lluc Zafrilla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Torremolinos F.C's goalkeeper Hermelando Tobia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lluc Zafrilla. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Hermelando Tobia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The wind increased when Chayo Marcos made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Lluc Zafrilla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Hermelando Tobia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Lluc Zafrilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Justino Encina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inguma Benito was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 69 played minutes Torremolinos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Tino Acosta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renaldo Folch in the 72nd minute of play forced Torremolinos F.C's goalkeeper Hermelando Tobia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Malvin Otero got free with Inguma Benito in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lluc Zafrilla in the 83rd minute of play forced Torremolinos F.C's goalkeeper Hermelando Tobia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lluc Zafrilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Torremolinos F.C's Justino Encina dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Teofilo Marrero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Way Out West United FC's goalkeeper Inguma Benito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justino Encina. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
