Victorio Estruch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eutropio Aballe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustaquio Guerrero in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoilo De la Rosa in the 14th minute of play forced UE Vallesans's goalkeeper Aquiles Garrido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, UE Vallesans's Apal Aizpurua got a free kick in the 15th minute. Zoilo De la Rosa charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zoilo De la Rosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of UE Vallesans booed when R.C. Recreativo de Huelva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoilo De la Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fiz Torres hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Victorio Estruch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Aquiles Garrido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, R.C. Recreativo de Huelva's goalkeeper Eutropio Aballe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Guerrero. Yordan Vitkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Eustaquio Guerrero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UE Vallesans fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind UE Vallesans's goalkeeper Aquiles Garrido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yordan Vitkov struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Aquiles Garrido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for R.C. Recreativo de Huelva. R.C. Recreativo de Huelva's Yordan Vitkov got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, R.C. Recreativo de Huelva's Yordan Vitkov got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute of the game, Sebbe Coveliers landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustaquio Guerrero during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. R.C. Recreativo de Huelva made a substitution. Moisés Pareja replaced Sebbe Coveliers. In the 54th minute, Eustaquio Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Garrido was a little too slow when Yordan Vitkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Yordan Vitkov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aquiles Garrido. That made the score 1-2 in the 61 minute of play. Yordan Vitkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Aquiles Garrido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Sigfrido Varela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. R.C. Recreativo de Huelva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UE Vallesans the free kick. A collision led to R.C. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eutropio Aballe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, R.C. Recreativo de Huelva's goal looked a bit too open when Benvido Santiago came free, but Eutropio Aballe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes UE Vallesans got a freekick which was hit by Apal Aizpurua. 83 minutes into the game, Yordan Vitkov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Aquiles Garrido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yordan Vitkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Garrido having to interfere. After a rather tough play, UE Vallesans's Apal Aizpurua got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The UE Vallesans fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. R.C. Recreativo de Huelva were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
