Spectators: 7687 (Terracing: 5766, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luis Nueva started the match with the kick off. If Santana Macías had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ramón Encina came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Bierge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Encina couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, one of Bierge:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Wu Liang had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Gabon Bellido's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Santana Macías had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of El Ligallo booed when Bierge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berdaitz Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Ligallo's Luis Nueva got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Millán Mezquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 27 played minutes El Ligallo got a freekick which was hit by Mancio Gibert. In the 28th minute, Millán Mezquita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berdaitz Rubio during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Bierge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berdaitz Rubio to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Ramón Encina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wu Liang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Nueva in the 37th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El Ligallo! Mancio Gibert struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Wu Liang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Ligallo.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Millán Mezquita to make the kick off. Millán Mezquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Rufino Tobia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bierge fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Bierge's Millán Mezquita looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 played minutes, El Ligallo's Gabon Bellido shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wu Liang came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Ligallo reached it. Patricio Macia hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Luis Nueva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wu Liang having to interfere. Rufino Tobia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berdaitz Rubio went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Millán Mezquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bierge's supporters rose to their feet, but Millán Mezquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rufino Tobia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ramón Encina came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Bierge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Encina couldn't finish the play. Rufino Tobia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Millán Mezquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, Luis Nueva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wu Liang, 3-2. Bierge's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
