After 4 played minutes Godineta FC got a freekick which was hit by Monte Alarcon. 5 minutes into the match, Godineta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blasi Lagunas came free, but Dario Calderon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Godineta FC's goalkeeper Dario Calderon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evelio Segura. Dario Calderon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roldán Coello in the 7th minute. After having played for 10 minutes, Toni Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Godineta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toni Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Goren Saura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Calderon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Segura in the 17th minute. A collision led to Godineta FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Monte Alarcon hit a great ball. Dario Calderon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domeka Pareja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Calderon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roldán Coello in the 22nd minute. After 23 minutes of play, Godineta FC's Robustiano Climent made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jakes Teresa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Robustiano Climent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Victorino Veloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Segura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Godineta FC's Monte Alarcon got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Godineta FC's Dario Calderon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domeka Pareja in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, Godineta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Santander to maneuver through the defense. Jakes Teresa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robustiano Climent's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Roldán Coello charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roldán Coello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roldán Coello hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The Godineta FC fans' excitement grew in the 49th match minute when Godineta FC's Robustiano Climent looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Godineta FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blasi Lagunas to make the kick off. Godineta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Robustiano Climent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakes Teresa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With 73 minutes on the clock, Mariano Santander commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Jakes Teresa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robustiano Climent in the 87th minute. Godineta FC's Javier Planes got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blasi Lagunas in the 94th minute of play forced Godineta FC's goalkeeper Dario Calderon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the game, Javier Planes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Godineta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaiñas. F.C. the free kick. In the 98th minute of the match Baraquiel Gala sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Calderon skillfully saved the ball. 101 minutes into the match, Godineta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blasi Lagunas came free, but Dario Calderon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Chaiñas. F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Godineta FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Godineta FC.
