The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Manolo Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Irureta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richie Olmos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bero Carro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Julio Irureta made a huge save. Bero Carro charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bero Carro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, Carrascosa Del Campo CD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bero Carro to maneuver through the defense. Nicodemo Bermudez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauren Saez having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Manolo Barroso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carrascosa Del Campo CD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolo Barroso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Richie Olmos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Irureta. That made the score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Nicodemo Bermudez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lauren Saez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauren Saez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicodemo Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30thth minute of the game Nicodemo Bermudez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carrascosa Del Campo CD's Lauren Saez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Irureta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Barroso in the 36th minute of the match. Bero Carro scored 3-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Irureta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enol Maroto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richie Olmos in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Irureta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicodemo Bermudez to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cantera O Más F.C.'s Edur Solano got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Cantera O Más F.C.'s Julio Irureta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richie Olmos in the 53rd minute of play. Julio Irureta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Barroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Julio Irureta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orti Portillo in the 55th minute of play. Nicodemo Bermudez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Lauren Saez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 57 minutes, Enol Maroto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrascosa Del Campo CD and the Cantera O Más F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julio Irureta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Richie Olmos went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When Turi Benito fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carrascosa Del Campo CD's protests and gave Turi Benito a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Carrascosa Del Campo CD getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Turi Benito hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Carrascosa Del Campo CD's Bero Carro got a free kick in the 69th minute. Lauren Saez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Garikoitz Cacheres. After some careless play in the Cantera O Más F.C. defense, Bero Carro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Irureta. The Cantera O Más F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Irureta should have stopped the shot. Julio Irureta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richie Olmos's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Manolo Barroso charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manolo Barroso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cantera O Más F.C.'s Jerold Herrero quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Venceslás Arratia, made in the 94th minute of the game. Julio Irureta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bero Carro in the 96th minute of play.
