An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Francisco Ecija in the 64th minute of play forced REY DE LA GOLDEN's goalkeeper Jesús Lastras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, REY DE LA GOLDEN's Stu Burton got a free kick in the 65th minute. Miro Etxeberria's late challenge caught a REY DE LA GOLDEN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miro Etxeberria helped the player get up and apologised. If Juan-Francisco Ecija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
