Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Xinto Vega got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Froilan Acedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Sadurniño and the REY DE LA GOLDEN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes San Sadurniño got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Acedo. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Dudu Georgescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. REY DE LA GOLDEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Dudu Georgescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marquez Vuelta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 6 minutes into the match, REY DE LA GOLDEN's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Acedo came free, but Jesús Lastras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. REY DE LA GOLDEN's Jesús Lastras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save REY DE LA GOLDEN from getting a goal against them. REY DE LA GOLDEN's Stu Burton got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dudu Georgescu in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marquez Vuelta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, REY DE LA GOLDEN's goalkeeper Jesús Lastras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaskon Cifuentes. In the 27th minute, one of San Sadurniño:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for San Sadurniño. After 29 minutes of play, REY DE LA GOLDEN's Stu Burton made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marquez Vuelta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stu Burton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquez Vuelta having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Stu Burton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Dudu Georgescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marquez Vuelta came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by REY DE LA GOLDEN's Stu Burton. But to his dismay, Stu Burton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 45th minute, Stu Burton made a precise shot to the right of Marquez Vuelta. San Sadurniño's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dudu Georgescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dudu Georgescu scored 0-5 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marquez Vuelta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dudu Georgescu got free with Marquez Vuelta in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Froilan Acedo was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 56th match minute, San Sadurniño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Acedo to maneuver through the defense. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Sadurniño! Xinto Vega hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Remir Abancens hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in REY DE LA GOLDEN's zone, Lonzo Quintanilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesús Lastras came out of the goal and Lonzo Quintanilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stu Burton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquez Vuelta having to interfere. Marquez Vuelta came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by REY DE LA GOLDEN's Dudu Georgescu. But to his dismay, Dudu Georgescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Marquez Vuelta didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. In the 84th minute Stu Burton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marquez Vuelta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marquez Vuelta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stu Burton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Kelemen Andres made a precise shot to the right of Marquez Vuelta. San Sadurniño's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. REY DE LA GOLDEN played a much better game than San Sadurniño and deserved their victory. The San Sadurniño players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
