Tanga Team 2.0 C.F.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Dani Böke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Licerio Valdivia's late challenge caught a Tanga Team 2.0 C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Licerio Valdivia helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to REY DE LA GOLDEN getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Licerio Valdivia hit a great ball. A collision led to Tanga Team 2.0 C.F. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Oihan Villar hit a great ball. When Giro Riells fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tanga Team 2.0 C.F.'s protests and gave Giro Riells a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Giro Riells hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Baldemer Beloki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 minutes, Ricardo Zamora mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tanga Team 2.0 C.F. and the REY DE LA GOLDEN players grew even worse after the yellow card. 38 minutes into the game, Remir Abancens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. REY DE LA GOLDEN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tanga Team 2.0 C.F. the free kick. The supporters of Tanga Team 2.0 C.F. booed when REY DE LA GOLDEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remir Abancens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, REY DE LA GOLDEN's Baldemer Beloki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Adolfo Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stu Burton in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stu Burton made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Tanga Team 2.0 C.F.'s zone, Stu Burton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Ribeiro came out of the goal and Stu Burton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Placido Sacristán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Cordairo Suarez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tanga Team 2.0 C.F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave REY DE LA GOLDEN the free kick. Cordairo Suarez kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stu Burton in the 65th minute of play forced Tanga Team 2.0 C.F.'s goalkeeper Adolfo Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Tanga Team 2.0 C.F.'s Gillermo Barro got a free kick in the 66th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Stu Burton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Adolfo Ribeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Baltazar Feal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Stu Burton took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Ribeiro. Adolfo Ribeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 90th match minute, Tanga Team 2.0 C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Zamora to maneuver through the defense. Stu Burton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the REY DE LA GOLDEN players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
