Spectators: 7722 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emilio Molina made the kick off which started today's match. Alifonso Caballero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santi Quesada in the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Almagro's Cristos Fuente got a free kick in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Orson's goal looked a bit too open when Llope Ucero came free, but Alifonso Caballero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentino Zubiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Salvador Solera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Molina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Solera having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iraitz Gil got free with Salvador Solera in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Emilio Molina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 minutes of play, Almagro's Llope Ucero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alifonso Caballero was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the match, Almagro's goalkeeper Salvador Solera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iraitz Gil. Valentino Zubiaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Solera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Molina went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manolo De Toro made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Almagro got a freekick which was hit by Llope Ucero. When Iraitz Gil came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Orson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iraitz Gil couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Orson's Alifonso Caballero got control of the ball when Llope Ucero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salvador Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Molina, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Alifonso Caballero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santi Quesada in the 62nd minute. Salvador Solera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraitz Gil in the 65th minute of play. Valentino Zubiaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Solera having to interfere. Valentino Zubiaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 72 played minutes Almagro got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Castro. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Iraitz Gil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orson's supporters rose to their feet, but Iraitz Gil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Solera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentino Zubiaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Solera having to interfere. Llope Ucero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alifonso Caballero firmly grabbed it by the left post. Emilio Molina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Almagro's Salvador Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Molina in the 93rd minute of play.
