In the 61st minute, El Escorial AFC's Pacho Cerreri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xalo Dobale. Xalo Dobale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. After a rather tough play, El Escorial AFC's Aberri Aizpurua got a free kick in the 71st minute. Xalo Dobale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pacho Cerreri, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Gerard Santander notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FC Barcelona's Xalo Dobale.
