Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Benito Marcilla came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Izar Gorria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Marcilla couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Benito Marcilla fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Xalo Dobale, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Izar Gorria booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anakoz Olano didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Adulfo Zapata fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Izar Gorria's protests and gave Adulfo Zapata a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Izar Gorria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adulfo Zapata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Barcelona's Corin Aputis tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Benito Marcilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xalo Dobale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dei Manrique in the 39th minute. The long shot by Malvin Gómez in the 46th minute really tested Xalo Dobale's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Benito Marcilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Xalo Dobale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Lawrence Murcia made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benito Marcilla in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xalo Dobale saved FC Barcelona from getting behind. Dei Manrique fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xalo Dobale having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Benito Marcilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Barcelona's Xalo Dobale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Benito Marcilla put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Xalo Dobale. Benito Marcilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xalo Dobale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Marcilla in the 89th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barcelona's zone, Dei Manrique stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xalo Dobale came out of the goal and Dei Manrique tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adulfo Zapata kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Izar Gorria players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
