In the 23rd minute, Marcial Benedicto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, SPL's goal looked a bit too open when Dei Manrique came free, but Zeru Peña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Aniol Carmona managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when SPL's Veremundo Alcantara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Dei Manrique's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeru Peña was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 37 minutes of play, Izar Gorria's Dei Manrique made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeru Peña was left in no man's land by his defense there! SPL's Zeru Peña proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save SPL from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, SPL's Fidencio Cabezas got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Veremundo Alcantara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Marcilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Dei Manrique managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zeru Peña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Marcilla in the 90th minute of the match.
