The referee ignored Deportivo de Orban's protests and gave Andrin Harroyo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Andrin Harroyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Víctor Quevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damian Cichewski having to make a save. Froilan Benítez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Damian Cichewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Eugenio Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baleren Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Cichewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berto Radaban, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Eugenio Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Restabal CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Duarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baleren Ribeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damian Cichewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Calderon in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Deportivo de Orban's Víctor Quevedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Cichewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Calderon in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Cichewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, Restabal CF's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Calderon came free, but Damian Cichewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Restabal CF's goalkeeper Damian Cichewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauro Calderon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Damian Cichewski. That made the score 1-0 in the 44 minute of play. A collision led to Deportivo de Orban getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Víctor Quevedo hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugenio Duarte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes of play, Deportivo de Orban's Víctor Quevedo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Cichewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Calderon in the 59th minute of play forced Restabal CF's goalkeeper Damian Cichewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Víctor Quevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Cichewski having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Mauro Calderon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Restabal CF's Damian Cichewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Calderon in the 80th minute of play. Deportivo de Orban's Baleren Ribeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo de Orban from getting a goal against them. Montay Jubera made in the 97th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Restabal CF's Belisario Beloki. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Deportivo de Orban were victorious despite being under pressure from Restabal CF for much of the match.
