After a defensive mix-up in Ribadesella's zone, Rolando Quijana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolás Labarra came out of the goal and Rolando Quijana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armando Ucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Rolando Quijana took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Nicolás Labarra to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Ribadesella defense, Armando Ucci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolás Labarra. The Ribadesella fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolás Labarra should have stopped the shot. When Pitxu Dream Team's Armando Ucci in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ribadesella's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Ribadesella getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Eliazar Figueres hit a great ball. Nicolás Labarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Ucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelines Durango sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ribadesella's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Armando Ucci 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ribadesella's goalkeeper Nicolás Labarra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelines Durango to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicolás Labarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Ucci in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Pitxu Dream Team got a corner. Ribadesella's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tõnn Okapuu ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Pitxu Dream Team's corner Tõnn Okapuu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nicolás Labarra quite easily take care of the ball. Rolando Quijana might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolás Labarra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Quijana ran back to his position shaking his head. Roi Verdeja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Ribadesella's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Ucci came free, but Nicolás Labarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Rolando Quijana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pitxu Dream Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 73 minutes into the match, Rolando Quijana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolás Labarra. Ribadesella's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolando Quijana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 76th minute, Angelines Durango hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Quijana took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolás Labarra. Nicolás Labarra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Ribadesella's Nicolás Labarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Quijana in the 84th minute of play. Nicolás Labarra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xose Ruiz went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the game, Pitxu Dream Team's Rolando Quijana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolás Labarra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 96th minute of the match Kanake Despines sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolás Labarra skillfully saved the ball. Pitxu Dream Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
