The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 11 minutes into the game, one of SuliMelilla:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave CF ATOR a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bebeto Alejo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SuliMelilla's Sabino Peña. 0-1. In the 20th minute, Emilio Font got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Emilio Font notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SuliMelilla's Sabino Peña. Sabino Peña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SuliMelilla's Sabino Peña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santana Santalla in the 26th minute of play. Sabino Peña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Quinito Rubio to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, SuliMelilla's goalkeeper Sabino Peña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emilio Font. Emilio Font made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 55thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Sabino Peña would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Sabino Peña was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emilio Font showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 57 minute of play. After 67 played minutes CF ATOR got a freekick which was hit by Bebeto Alejo. When Epifanio Mas fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SuliMelilla's protests and gave Epifanio Mas a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes, CF ATOR's Bebeto Alejo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sabino Peña came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CF ATOR reached it. In the 72nd minute, Xofre Calderon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Santana Santalla came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the CF ATOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santana Santalla couldn't finish the play. Gösta Målare hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Santana Santalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabino Peña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, José Carlos Gómez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF ATOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. A collision led to CF ATOR getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Santana Santalla hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Sabino Peña successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 魏傲亦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinito Rubio in the 97th minute of play. CF ATOR's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
