After a rather tough play, Cabeza Redondo FC's Urko Mangas got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute, Baldemer Cartagena made a precise shot to the right of Zachary Gongolewicz. Cabeza Redondo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Gustavo Moreno hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Dino Quirinos short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Zachary Gongolewicz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kiko Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tipi Andres in the 45th minute of play. Dino Quirino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zachary Gongolewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The supporters of Cabeza Redondo FC booed when TALADROCAMPEON F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pacorro Vuelta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachary Gongolewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldemer Cartagena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes Cabeza Redondo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hurko Barbosa who took care of the corner kick. 63 minutes into the match, Cabeza Redondo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Quirino came free, but Zachary Gongolewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Dino Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Cabeza Redondo FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gustavo Moreno hit a great ball. Zachary Gongolewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldemer Cartagena in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Quirino in the 74th minute of play forced Cabeza Redondo FC's goalkeeper Zachary Gongolewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cabeza Redondo FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
